An Executive Committee of Managing Directors manages Wharton Alumni Angels. Members of the committee hold corporate Offices (President, Treasurer, and Corporate Secretary). Managing Directors carry out the functional and operational management of Wharton Alumni Angels, and the President is the ex officio Chairperson of the Executive Committee.
